For over 25 years, I’ve walked with people through some of the hardest seasons of their lives.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in pastoral ministry, supporting individuals and couples through grief, addiction, anxiety, spiritual trauma, and relational struggles.
I bring that same heart into the therapy room today, one rooted in empathy, presence, and trust.
I believe the relationship between client and therapist is one of the most powerful tools for healing. When you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment, something begins to shift.
The weight you’ve been carrying? It starts to feel a little lighter.
Whether you’re facing deep loss, struggling in your marriage, rebuilding after addiction, or wrestling with questions about faith and identity, this is a space where you can be real, be messy, and start to heal at your own pace.
Let’s take the next step together.

Meet Jason: fueled by black coffee (no cream, no sugar) and anchored by one core aim—instill real hope. He shares life with a goldendoodle named Hazel… Let’s just say: Hazel’s name was a family decision—Jason was not on the committee, because he felt his Daughters and Wife were the best team for that job. In the therapy room, Jason wants clients to know they’re worthy of the work they’re doing—and that the change they want isn’t some luxury reserved for other people. If he could have lunch with anyone, it would be his son Bryce—whom he and his wife lost in the ninth month of pregnancy in 2002, and never had the chance to meet. This year, he’s focused on earning full licensure as a counselor and completing additional Gottman Institute training in couples therapy. Off-hours? He’s either feeding his mind—articles, podcasts, books—or feeding his people, cooking in the kitchen or on the Blackstone.
