What happens next
01

Book your consult

Pick a counselor or a time. It's free, 15 minutes, and there's no commitment to anything beyond the conversation.

02

We talk it through

A real conversation about what's bringing you in and what you're hoping for — and whether we're the right fit.

03

Find your way in

If it's a fit, we get you scheduled. If someone else suits you better, we'll connect you. No wrong door.

Let's be real for a second

The stuff that usually stops people.

Booking is the easy part. It's everything you tell yourself right before that's hard. So here's the honest truth about the things that keep people from starting.

"I won't know what to say."
You don't have to. The consult isn't a performance — you don't need a tidy story or the right words. You can show up unsure and a little awkward. That's normal, and we're good at meeting people exactly there.
"What if I pick the wrong person?"
Then we fix it — no harm done. The whole point of a free consult is to feel it out. If the fit isn't right, your counselor will say so and connect you with someone who suits you better. You're not locked into anything.
"I'm not sure it's bad enough to need this."
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. Most people who come to us are functioning fine on paper and just tired of carrying something alone. If it's weighing on you, that's reason enough.
"I've tried therapy before. It didn't help."
That's worth saying out loud in your consult — really. A bad fit or the wrong approach can make therapy feel useless. Different person, different method, different result. We'd rather know what didn't work so we don't repeat it.
"What if it's a waste of time and money?"
That's exactly why the first step costs nothing. Fifteen minutes, free, no commitment. You get to decide if it's worth going further before you spend a dollar or an hour. The risk is genuinely as low as we can make it.

Take the First Step: Free 15-Minute Therapy Consultation

What happens in the free consult?

It's a relaxed, 15-minute conversation — no commitment and no cost. You'll share a little about what's bringing you in, ask anything you want, and get a feel for whether it's the right fit. If it is, you'll book your first session. If someone else on our team is a better match, we'll point you their way.

How do I choose which counselor to book with?

Pick whoever you feel drawn to — you really can't get it wrong. Every counselor starts with the same free consult, and if they think another team member is a better fit for what you're carrying, they'll help you find them. Want to know us better first? Get to know who we are →

Do you offer in-person and online sessions?

Both. You can meet your counselor in person at our Fayetteville office or online from anywhere in Georgia — whatever makes it easiest to actually show up for the work. We serve Peachtree City, Newnan, Tyrone, Senoia, Brooks, and the surrounding region.

Do you take insurance?

We're private-pay, which keeps your care between you and your counselor rather than an insurance company. We make getting reimbursed simple, though — we provide everything you need to submit for out-of-network benefits. See how reimbursement works →

What if I'm not sure therapy is even right for me?

That's exactly what the consult is for. You don't have to be certain, or have it figured out, or even know what to say. Book the 15 minutes, talk it through with no pressure, and decide from there. There's no wrong way to start.

It really is this simple

The hardest part is starting.
You're already here.

Pick a person, or pick a time. Either way, you've taken the first step.
