COUNSELING PEACHTREE CITY FOR MOMS
COUNSELING PEACHTREE CITY FOR MOMS

Hey there, I’m Katie. I’m a wife, a mom of six, and a big believer that healing happens when we take care of the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

Specialties:

  • + Women’s issues & motherhood
  • + Life transitions & identity work
  • + Relationships & parenting
  • + Anxiety & stress management
  • + Athletes & performance wellness
  • + Grief & emotional overwhelm

Life moves fast. There are seasons of joy, but also seasons that feel overwhelming, disorienting, or just plain exhausting.

I work with women, parents, athletes, and anyone in a major life transition who feels like they’re losing their footing.

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

My background in wellness and exercise science has given me a deep appreciation for how the body and mind are connected.

Therapy with me is grounded, relational, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself and the values that matter most.

Together, we’ll create space to process what’s hard and find clarity about what’s next.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, stress, grief, or just navigating the messiness of parenting and relationships, I’m here to help you find direction again, one step at a time.

Katie is an Associate Professional Counselor under the supervision and direction of Adam R. Glendye, LPC, CPCS.

Get to Know Me

Meet Katie: powered by an extra-hot vanilla chai latte with coconut milk and a deep belief that the “becoming” is where the beauty is. At home, she’s got Boone—a Great Dane with floppy ears and gentle-giant energy, equally committed to making friends with every living thing in the neighborhood or serving as a full-body pillow for anyone who sits down long enough. In the therapy room, Katie’s aim is to help people find their way back to their most authentic self—and learn to honor the process of getting there. If she could have lunch with anyone, it would be Louis Zamperini, a living example of resilience and a reminder that something beautiful can come from difficulty. This year, she’s further developing her clinical work in trauma-informed somatic therapy. Off-hours? You’ll find her moving and making—yoga, running, outdoor adventuring, walks with friends and family (and Boone), kid sports logistics, audiobooks and podcasts on the go, and any chance to get her hands into a good home project.
