My approach blends traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, creativity, and even movement-based practices like yoga therapy or adventure therapy, especially for those new to therapy who aren’t quite readyto sit with someone new and spill their guts.
I specialize in working with couples to rebuild trust and strengthen emotional connection through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). But I also love working with individuals, especially those facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life stress that’s beginning to feel like too much.

If she could have lunch with anyone, it would be King Charles III (for the knowledge, the gardening, and the long-game commitment to sustainability that inspired her early).
