Whether you’re an individual, a couple, a family, or a teen navigating something tough, my job is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to be your whole self.
My approach blends traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, creativity, and even movement-based practices like yoga therapy or adventure therapy, especially for those new to therapy who aren’t quite ready to sit with someone new and spill their guts.
I specialize in working with couples to rebuild trust and strengthen emotional connection through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). But I also love working with individuals, especially those facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life stress that’s beginning to feel like too much.
Whether we’re on a trail, in the therapy room, or somewhere in between, I want our work to feel grounded and collaborative.
A space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or explain away what you’re feeling.
You just get to be, while we work together to move forward with curiosity, compassion, and even a little lightness.
Meet Sathiya: fueled by Scottish morning tea and a deep love for what’s beneath the surface. Her dog Toto gets his name from Toto Wolff—a little tribute to her Formula 1 obsession. In the therapy room, her mission is simple and strong: help people truly know themselves and build a steadier self-concept—because you can’t fully give or receive in life until you understand who you are at your core. If she could have lunch with anyone, it would be King Charles III (for the knowledge, the gardening, and the long-game commitment to sustainability that inspired her early). This year, she’s quietly nurturing the writer in her while continuing the path toward her LPC. Off the clock, you’ll find her outdoors, reading, traveling—and paying attention to the stories people don’t put on display.
