Developing a Healthy Attitude Toward Your Current Circumstances

The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming.”

This quote reminds us that being in the arena—facing our challenges head-on—is what truly matters. It’s easy to criticize ourselves when things aren’t going well, but what counts is our willingness to keep showing up, to keep trying, and to keep pushing forward, even when the odds are stacked against us.
